GNA-VSNS Mission Statement

This document is in preparation.

In 1994-95, GNA-VSNS will focus on the collaboration with real educational institutions to develop courseware, to be used with WWW & MOO, with an emphasis on natural sciences. There will not be many courses in that time, but excellent ones, we hope. The administration will be kept as lean as possible and extensive use of automation will be made.

As for the standards which we will strive to maintain, our main reference point is the GNA OOP/C++ Course two of whose main organizers are also with VSNS.

To deliver the courseware and conduct the classes, use of advanced multimedia technology will be made. The support of consultants worldwide, excelling in their respective science, will be sought to guarantee standards of education at the high level of the participating real colleges and research institutes.
