It took just 4 weeks...
... for a team of 13 volunteers, students and instructors of the
VSNS BioComputing Division, to develop this presentation
celebrating the Internet as a miraculous medium yielding
benefit to every citizen, introducing her or him to the
Wonderful World Of BioComputing !
And it was fun !
We strongly encourage all the other communities on the
Internet to follow up on our effort,
to develop Ecology For Everyone, Electronics For Everyone,
Energy For Everyone, E.T.C...
If you're a scientist in a different discipline,
make your discipline known world-wide as we do; it just takes a
little bit of your spare time...
And it's got impact !
At the forefront of technological innovation,
Biocomputing plays a crucial role in making the Earth a
better place to live. It is fundamental to Genetic Engineering,
Biomedicine, and Drug Design. A shapshot of the current
possibilities and problems is now available world-wide and
for free on the Internet, to be discussed by laymen and scientists
world-wide.
