Our experiences are summarized in the Closing Address, a slide show, and a paper published at PSB '96. The students' feedback is collected in the Summer 1995 Student Questionnaire Results. A lot of administrative documents related to the course development are available, including the mailing list and newsletter archives, meeting documentation and mission statement.
A special feature of the course was the presentation of Guest Lectures by Drs.W. Pearson, on Rapid Database Searches, and J. Kececioglu, on Optimal Multiple Alignment.
One student developed a tutorial for the alignment visualization tool implemented by Gustavo Glusman.
