Dear All,
With 2/3 of our students (i.e. 22 out of 34) still actively participating in the MOO meetings during the last weeks of the course, one thing looks clear to me:
We have proven that distance education via WWW and MOO can have a level of acceptance that is normally attributed to "conventional education" only, or in short:
And we're leaving a legacy: We'll continue to serve and improve the Hypertext Book, the Glossary, and the BioMOO aligner tools. We're just finishing some Self-Assessment Forms (the delay is entirely the fault of the authors!), we'll have some more Plenary Discussions in late 1995, and, most of all:
Most instructors and some consultants have already told me that they will be on the boat once again :) :)
**** Thank you **********************************

If you're on the list vsns-bcd-students, or vsns-bcd-prospective (see http://www.techfak.uni-bielefeld.de/bcd/Adm/lists.html), you'll be kept informed about these and other new developments.
**** So stay tuned ! *************************
