BASE
BASE (BioArray Software Environment) is a comprehensive free web-based database solution for the massive amounts of data generated by microarray analysis. It is released under the GNU General Public License.
BASE 1.2 is maintained by Carl Troein at the Department of Theoretical Physics, Lund University
BASE 1.3 is maintained by Alan Shields at the OMRF Microarray Research Facility.

BASE at CINECA
The BASE installation at CINECA collects publicly available microarray data from GEO, ArrayExpress and SMD (Stanford) databases which relate to breast cancer. It also contains microarray data obtained from laboratories involved in the "Hormone Responsive Breast Cancer" project and from other laboratories that generally study genes responsible for this disease.

ArrayExpress
ArrayExpress is a public repository for microarray data, which is aimed at storing well annotated data in accordance with MGED recommendations.
